Fukuoka has some beautiful beaches but some of the nicest ones are also the dirtiest ones. Therefore we decided to organize some beach cleaning events. The picture above was taken of our SOS project. Nata beach is a beautiful beach near Fukuoka but its covered with garbage. Planes coming into Fukuoka fly over this beach so we decided to make a huge SOS out of garbage. The picture was taken from a newspaper helicopter.
